About the job

We are looking for a technically minded individual to serve as the vital link between our Tech department and the organization in Italy. This role demands a structured approach, the ability to maintain calm in a fast-paced environment, and the skill to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
As the go-to technical point of contact in our Italian office, one of your main tasks will be troubleshooting and debugging issues firsthand. You will be supported by our group Tech department in Denmark, ensuring strong backing while handling local operations.
You will also act as the voice of Tech in Italy, translating complex technical matters into clear language for colleagues across departments. You will play a key role in onboarding, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless technical experience across the organization.

Experience in the payments industry is not required - we value humility and a strong willingness to learn.

  • Provide third-level technical support for escalated issues.
  • Facilitate communication and deliver training for first and second level support.
  • Validate and verify potential bugs to ensure continuous improvement in Tech.
