About The Role

You will be a customer-facing professional working collaboratively with clients, guiding them on the use of F5 Technology to implement solutions that address challenges or meet business objectives. You will thrive on providing consultancy and mentorship regarding F5 Modules implementation. It is essential that you can understand and articulate project goals and success factors, engaging in collaborative dialogue to meet client needs. Fluency in Italian and either German or French is required.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain proficiency in core F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training.
• Take on technical responsibilities including systems architecture, hardware/software specifications, design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
• Perform consulting activities such as installations, migrations, upgrades, configurations, creating iRules, security updates, access policies, and troubleshooting across a broad range of F5 product engagements.
• Identify additional product or service opportunities within customer organizations.
• Manage interactions with partners and customers from project scoping through development of statements of work, delivery, integration, documentation, and follow-up.
• Perform basic project management tasks like status reporting, time tracking, and expectation management, including risk assessment.
• Work with F5 BIG-IP software to automate deployment tasks and architect cloud deployment strategies using relevant technologies.
• Provide engineering expertise in application security, focusing on L7 WAF capabilities, and extend to defense strategies against DoS and BOT attacks.
