About the role

Our Account Management team manages our restaurant brand relationships. As Deliveroo grows, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants, providing support and data-driven insights to foster their growth.

This role focuses on the Italian market, working with internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to deliver excellent consultancy services to our top brands.

The Account Manager team is passionate, dynamic, and great at building relationships, working collaboratively and enjoyably.

This position is based in Piemonte and reports to the Regional Manager of the region.

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting relationships
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance, sharing insights with partners, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Negotiating contract terms to align with company goals and enhance supply quality and financial performance
  • Planning strategies to improve performance, financials, and loyalty, positively impacting metrics and market share
  • Managing P&L, identifying opportunities and risks

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales
  • P&L knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Experience in building long-term relationships
  • Proficiency with tools and project management applications
  • Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a plus
