Position: CRM Consultant for Dynamics 365

Location: Bolzano, Italy

EOS Solutions, an Italian leader in Microsoft Dynamics solutions, is seeking a CRM Consultant for Dynamics 365 with at least 3 years of experience in IT companies. The Consultant will:

1. Participate in all aspects of CRM solution implementation, from analyzing client business requirements to configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet those needs.
2. Collaborate with key users to gain a comprehensive understanding of client business processes and compare them with standard Dynamics functionalities.
3. Be responsible for documenting business requirements, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics to fulfill client needs.
4. Facilitate decision-making processes when modifications or customizations are necessary.
5. Conduct testing and train client resources to ensure successful maintenance and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Computer Science.
• At least three years of experience with CRM products, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Deep understanding of business processes, especially in Sales and Marketing areas.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent organizational skills and advanced project management tools proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies across all phases.
• Driver’s license B.
