Social Media Content Moderator for Italian Speakers (Porto, Portugal)

• Review & Moderate: Check online videos, posts, and complaints to ensure everything follows guidelines.

• Collaborate: Work with an awesome team to hit goals and improve the platform experience.
• Be a Pro: Audit and update trending content while supporting customer inquiries.

What You Will Bring:

• Languages: Italian (C1) & English (B2).
• Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts (mornings, evenings, or nights).
• Experience: Previous content moderation or customer service experience? Great! If not, we'll train you!
