JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Community Manager to act as a key connection between our studio and the game community, aiming to build strong relationships with players and collect their feedback to support our development decisions.
The selected candidate will play a central role in growing and managing the studio’s player communities – primarily across Discord and Steam, working closely with developers and the marketing team on the studio’s products, including our own IPs and titles based on renowned licenses.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape our communities and build a positive and inclusive environment for our present and future players.

Please note that while the position is open worldwide, at least partial compatibility with the CET timezone is required to ensure a smooth collaboration.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help shape community strategy for our products, including titles based on famous IPs;
• Manage communication across all community channels;
• Foster engagement, manage moderation efforts, and create a welcoming environment for players, content creators and community influencers;
• Monitor the community’s sentiment and their wishes;
• Contribute to the writing of dev blogs, including behind-the-scenes and development content;
• Act as a key bridge between the development team and the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Significant hands-on experience in community management within the game industry (particularly PC/console games);
• Deep understanding of gaming communities;
• Strong experience managing moderation workflows and developing strategies for sustainable community growth;
• Experience managing communication on Steam Community Hub and Discord servers;
• Ability to accurately monitor and present feedback;
• Outstanding communications skills (English, both written and spoken).

NICE TO HAVE

• Gaming experience in the studio’s genres;
• Livestreaming experience, simultaneously playing whilst narrating;
• Experience with Reddit communities;
• An established network of connections with influencers and content creators;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
