Grafton Fashion & Luxury, a dedicated team specializing in fashion and luxury, is seeking a Welcome Host for a prestigious luxury brand in Rome. The role involves welcoming clients, providing personalized service, managing appointments, supporting sales staff, and handling complaints within a luxury boutique specializing in high-end watches.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting clients and offering personalized, consultative service based on client discovery.
2. Managing appointment scheduling and supporting the sales team to deliver an exceptional retail experience.
3. Handling customer complaints effectively.

Candidate Profile:

1. Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or concierge services, with a focus on assisted sales and customer care.
2. Strong customer orientation and loyalty-building skills.
3. Excellent appearance, cheerful personality, and team spirit.
4. Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 5/7 days including weekends, rotating shifts.

Contract Details: 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension, salary based on experience, including meal vouchers and performance incentives.
