An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to work with Chinese sellers. In this role, you will be pivotal in growing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include onboarding sellers, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Italian, with a strong background in business and account management. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the success of key accounts and drive strategic initiatives within a thriving marketplace.

Competenze

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in account management.
  • Fluency in Chinese Mandarin, English, and Italian for effective communication.

Key Account Manager-Chinese sellers

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard suitable sellers/brands according to platform strategy.
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders and develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Negotiate with key accounts to get better assortments and price. Enable key accounts to better operate their business on the platform and help to solve the problems they may encounter.
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Qualifications

  • Chinese Mandarin, English, and Italian can be used as working language.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
