WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. As part of our Dispersions Customer Service team in Tarragona, you will:
  2. Be the main internal contact for customers; manage day-to-day order inquiries and be responsible for all order-related activities.
  3. Work closely with Account Management, Supply Chain, Transport Management, and logistics providers to ensure seamless order flow and correct, prompt processing.
  4. Provide the customer and sales team with relevant information regarding order processing and delivery status.
  5. Use tools such as SAP R/3 (Module SD), BASF's Order Monitoring Cockpit, and MS Office for data maintenance, including e-commerce channels and SAP master data.
  6. Handle customer product returns and manage Non-Conformance issues.
  7. Ensure smooth consignment processes and proper handling of physical inventory at least once a year, adhering to company policies.
  8. Monitor inventories regularly and take proper actions to minimize capital costs.
  9. Ensure accurate and prompt issuance of invoices and credit notes according to corporate procedures and tax regulations.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Supply Chain roles.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus, collaboration, and communication skills.
