Role Summary:

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Head of Operations to be the go-to person for making sure everything in the company runs like clockwork. You’ll work closely with the CEO, helping shape how we scale, run our day-to-day, manage money smartly, and keep things legally clean. If you're excited about building systems from scratch, love solving messy problems, and thrive in fast-moving environments — this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to turn big-picture goals into actionable plans.
• Own cash flow planning (yes, the full-year view) and help us forecast with confidence — not just guesswork.
• Build financial models, work with budget owners, and make sure we’re spending wisely while scaling fast.
• Set up operational foundations: define SLAs, write clear documentation, and make sure our internal machine is humming.
• Keep daily operations smooth — spotting issues early, fixing bottlenecks, and setting up scalable processes as we grow.
• Handle contracts, vendor deals, and be our in-house point person for legal questions (with help from external experts).
• Drive alignment across teams, without adding friction — you make things easier, not more complicated.
• Track results, share clear updates with the CEO and investors, and make sure we’re on track (or fix it if we’re not).

• You’re energized by operations excellence — from building out workflows to making sure our docs and processes are actually useful.
• You’re not afraid of finance: year-long planning, scenario modeling, burn rate tracking — that’s your jam.
• You’re interested in AI tools — no need to be an expert, but you should be curious and eager to use them to work smarter.
• You’re scrappy, pragmatic, and allergic to bureaucracy.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience running operations in startups or fast-growing environments.
• You know your way around ops, finance, and legal (and you don’t need someone to hold your hand).
• Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and working with performance data.
• You’ve built processes and structure where there was none — and you enjoy doing that.
• You're proactive: you notice issues before they become problems and solve them fast.
• Strong communicator — written, spoken, across teams, and to execs or investors.
• Super organized. You can juggle multiple things at once and still sleep well at night.
• C1+ English — we work in English, and clarity matters.
