2. Successful studies in business management or engineering
3. Solid technical background with deep experience in production ERP (Stealth 400/3000/Stealth platform/SAP ERP)
4. Thorough understanding of production fundamentals in the fashion industry and shop floor operations
5. Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
7. Good level of English (spoken and written)
