We’re seeking a talented Strategic Acquisitions and Finance Lead

to partner with our CEO, Risto Rossar, in accelerating our growth through strategic acquisitions. You will play a key role in shaping Insly’s future strategy, preparing presentations for shareholders, employees, and investors, and leveraging your expertise to influence broader financial initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Your primary mission is to support our CEO in acquiring companies that fuel Insly’s expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identify Targets: Research and pinpoint companies aligned with Insly’s vision.
  2. Reach Out: Initiate and nurture connections with potential acquisition targets.
  3. Initial Analysis: Perform early-stage evaluations of targets for strategic and financial fit.
  4. Collaborate: Work closely with targets to advance acquisition discussions.
  5. Due Diligence: Lead financial and business due diligence to ensure sound decisions.
  6. Presentations: Create engaging presentations to communicate insights and strategies effectively.

Additionally, we’re open to leveraging your skills in other areas—such as financial management, investor relations, budgeting, supporting the CEO with strategic initiatives, and special projects—where your strengths can add value to Insly.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, or financial analysis — ideally in tech or SaaS.
  • Sharp analytical skills to assess targets and financial opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach—ready to pivot between acquisitions and other financial tasks.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills to create compelling, data-driven deliverables.
