Main duties and responsibilities

A back office clerk handles sales back office activities: provides support to salespeople and is the reference for customers.

The sales office clerk provides customer order entry, manages order development and any changes to orders, up to the organization of loading for delivery to the customer.

The main target is the Italian market with local customers, but the back office clerk can also support export activities.

Requirements
  • Graduation or University Degree
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Level of English: minimum B2
  • Goal-oriented person
  • Punctuality and precision
  • Ability to manage stressful situations
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility
  • Availability to travel
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
