Unox Junior Key Account Manager

Unox, a market leader in high-end oven production and certified as a Great Place to Work in Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to join its Sales Team. This role reports to the Regional Key Account Director and involves exploring and managing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Main Activities:
  1. Coordinate and manage the sales process for Key Accounts, identify new business opportunities, monitor progress, and provide constant feedback to the KA Director.
  2. Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to support business planning and operations.
  3. Plan and deliver technical training sessions and demonstrations for key accounts.
  4. Create reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information using the company's CRM system.
  5. Oversee and lead problem and issue resolution at Unox through effective internal coordination and communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain connections with professionals at various levels.
  • Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to ensure a constant market presence.
