Position: Technical Commercial Specialist

Manpower Permanent Professional is seeking a Technical Commercial Specialist for a leading metalworking company located in the province of Vicenza.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

1. Supporting the achievement of company objectives and adhering to plans and strategies.
2. Preparing quotes based on customer requests and technical specifications.
3. Providing technical-commercial consultancy and promoting product sales.
4. Monitoring and correcting discrepancies between estimates and actual production costs.
5. Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and promoting upselling solutions.
6. Providing reports on activities and new commercial opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering or a technical diploma.
2. At least 2 years of experience in companies operating in the metalworking sector.
3. Interest and predisposition towards developing company growth both in Italy and abroad.
4. Availability for EU and non-EU travel.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good knowledge of the English language.
7. Knowledge of KPI monitoring software and business continuity tools.
