Beatilla Agriturismo offers an enriching internship experience in hospitality and farm management, located in the picturesque countryside of Italy. Interns will gain hands-on experience across various hotel departments while enjoying the local culture. Agriturismo Beatilla is a family-owned Art Eco Design Farm Resort unique in Italy for its concept, located in the beautiful countryside of Marmirolo, Mantova, close to the city center. The company offers various accommodations, such as apartments and rooms, decorated with eco design, handmade, upcycled, art, and color therapy concepts. The internship provides hands-on experience working across operational levels and hotel departments such as Guest Relations, Reception, Front Office, Quality Service, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Small Farm Operations, and Sales & Marketing.
*Activities like Front Office and Sales & Marketing will be tailored according to the candidate's Italian language skills and experience, as we use PMS, IBE, and Channel Managers to handle reservations and OTAs. Beatilla is a family/small business with a high level of web marketing, offering a challenging environment for trainees.
