We are seeking a Product Specialist for our Delivery team to support digital transformation projects.

Main Responsibilities

1. Gather and transform functional requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
2. Act as the interface with clients and development teams during design, managing change requests and testing issues.
3. Participate in project Statements of Work (SoW), reporting progress and technical challenges.
4. Manage third-party suppliers involved in projects.
5. Plan team tasks according to priorities and oversee deadlines and performance.
6. Lead the team to ensure effective service delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Who You Are

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse technical, business, and management audiences.
• Strong organizational, planning, and management skills, even with undefined deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel briefly for project phases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership qualities and team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
