About the job:

This role requires deep tech understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. It’s an ideal position for experienced professionals eager to contribute to impactful product launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Product development and Roadmap: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and workflows.
• Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on feasibility and impact.
• Market Research: Conduct customer discovery to understand our product’s value proposition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Quality & Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of features, organize testing, and gather feedback.
• Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 in a technical role.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong organization, KPI tracking, and experience with A/B testing; experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.
