We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team, with remote work options or from our Pordenone, Italy office.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay current with product launches and transitions to support sales programs.
  • Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
  • Engage with various customer organization departments.
  • Provide technical presentations and training.
  • Document market and customer insights and communicate internally.
  • Support marketing efforts and participate in trade shows.
  • Assist team members in achieving KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressors and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is a plus.
  • Chinese language skills are beneficial but not required.
