A PR & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Line Manager to achieve key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. The team’s goal is to unify various functions to enhance commercial targets. The role involves managing individual projects related to marketing, media relations, internal communications, and performing daily administrative duties.
What will I be doing?
As a PR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the outcomes of marketing activities used by the hotel to boost brand awareness, communicate promotions to target markets, and meet hotel business needs. Your tasks will include:
- Coordinating and assisting in delivering marketing and PR strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting results as directed by the Line Manager.
- Supporting the development and implementation of promotional activities, collateral, in-house merchandising, and maintaining media libraries.
- Promoting hotel marketing activities to the media across all departments.
- Supporting internal communication efforts, including updates, press releases, newsletters, speeches, and interviews preparation.
- Supporting all marketing and PR activities like events, sponsorships, campaigns, exhibitions, and property inspections.
- Managing media relations, social media tracking, press kit updates, news archive management, and coordinating media visits.
- Organizing media familiarization trips and managing hotel media relations.
- Leading on-site photoshoots and filming, ensuring all administrative approvals are obtained.
- Monitoring social media activity and supporting departmental initiatives.
- Ensuring all collateral aligns with brand standards and corporate guidelines.
- Identifying opportunities to grow loyalty marketing activities with HHonors and other schemes.
- Implementing marketing and PR content, managing translations, photography, and online presence.
- Responding to customer posts, handling complaints, and issues professionally.
Managing Execution
- Supporting content management across hotel websites, OTAs, social media, and partnerships.
- Developing reports on activities, results, and next steps.
- Maintaining and growing hotel databases for targeted campaigns.
- Staying informed about local news affecting hotel reputation and informing management promptly.
- Assisting in creating reports on marketing initiatives and reviewing third-party website content.
- Conducting competitive analysis and ensuring proper marketing archives and content are maintained.
- Supporting marketing and PR projects within budget constraints.
- Assisting with crisis communication and achieving performance goals set by the Line Manager.
Developing Talent

- College-level education or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, budget management, and project management.
