The Digital & Marketing Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing a company's digital and marketing strategies. This position involves integrating traditional marketing methods with innovative digital techniques to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Campaign Management: Managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, search engines) and traditional channels.
  3. Brand Development: Ensuring consistent and impactful branding across all digital touchpoints.
  4. Customer Insights: Analyzing data to gain insights, inform decisions, and enhance user experience.
  5. Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring marketing and digital teams, collaborating across departments, ensuring timely and budgeted execution.
  6. Digital Transformation: Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies and platforms to maintain competitiveness.
