Job Description:
The Digital & Marketing Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing a company's digital and marketing strategies. This position involves integrating traditional marketing methods with innovative digital techniques to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, search engines) and traditional channels.
- Brand Development: Ensuring consistent and impactful branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Customer Insights: Analyzing data to gain insights, inform decisions, and enhance user experience.

- Paid Media Management: Managing paid advertising campaigns including PPC, display, and social media ads.
- Tools & Platforms: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Working with external partners and agencies to amplify marketing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, CMS, analytics).
- Creative thinking for innovative customer engagement.
- Leadership experience in managing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability to latest digital trends and tools.
Educational Background:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (5-10 years).
- Certifications such as Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot are advantageous.
- Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in creating corporate presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Knowledge of English is mandatory.
