Customer Care Assistant
The selected candidate will provide first-level technical support to customers, manage assistance requests via phone and email, analyze and resolve technical issues, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. The role requires close collaboration with the team to ensure quick and effective responses, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Initial contract is fixed-term, full-time (40 hours/week), working shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00. The position is based in Milan Segrate. Salary will be commensurate with experience, including meal vouchers worth 7 euros.
