Descrizione del lavoro

Position: Senior Key Account

Objectives of the Role:

Manage client relationships and achieve company targets in terms of revenue, margins, and commercial improvement.

Role Particularities:

Oversee all business activities for one or more clients, in close alignment with Project/Program Management.

Functional Tasks:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Draft and maintain offers for serial production, in collaboration with Technical Management.
  3. Manage change management from a commercial perspective for clients.
  4. Continuously project sales and align with production plants; handle commercial follow-up for equipment, modifications, and prototypes.
  5. Be responsible for achieving sales targets for specific clients.
Special Tasks:
  1. Support sales strategy changes in line with IHI Group strategy.
  2. Manage client visits and participate in client/industry events.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in Commercial or Engineering disciplines.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • 3-5 years in commercial roles, with knowledge of the automotive sector and OEM clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Project Management and SAP ERP is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • Experience in project management, marketing, customer care, negotiation.
  • Willing to support junior colleagues.
