Job Description

Description

Working alongside the Brand Management, Product, Purchasing, Quality, and Sustainability teams to develop eyewear packaging items and stationery (institutional, seasonal, and related to special projects) for the brands in the portfolio, ensuring adherence to relevant timing and target costs.

How you will contribute

  1. Participate actively in discussions to define the types of cases needed for eyewear collections.
  2. Create technical briefs and define project timelines for internal and brand discussions.
  3. Collaborate with the brand to develop new packaging, supporting and guiding the development process to meet design, cost, and time-to-market targets.
  4. Translate the brand's image and creative inputs into new packaging concepts, briefing involved suppliers.
  5. Coordinate prototype development with suppliers, evaluate prototypes, and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  6. Create item codes for product packaging sets and stationary, generating BOMs.
  7. Lead purchase order issuance, sharing necessary information with suppliers and purchasing departments.
  8. Coordinate packaging photoshoots for brand presentations and official documentation.
  9. Oversee production of printing layouts with suppliers, obtaining brand approval.
  10. Approve final blueprints for stationary production.
  11. Manage approval, archiving, and sharing of PP samples with relevant departments.
  12. Scout and evaluate new materials and techniques in collaboration with the Sustainability team, focusing on sustainable innovations.

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury accessories or cosmetics industries, with experience in luxury brand licensing.
  • Good knowledge of materials and techniques used in case, box, and stationary production.
  • Proficiency in paper and printing techniques for stationary development (e.g., authenticity cards, pendants, booklets, leaflets).
  • Strong time management and planning skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, and a team player.
