Corporate Communication Manager, Reggio Emilia

Selection 4.0, a technologically advanced company specializing in the recruitment and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles at both national and international levels, is seeking a:

Our client is a multinational company and market leader in the provision of IT and Cloud services/products.

The selected candidate will be part of the Marketing department and report directly to the Director. They will be responsible for developing and coordinating the Group's Communication strategy to support strategic and business objectives, ensuring coherence and consistency across all platforms and corporate communications.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain constant relationships with the Board of Directors and the CEO to stay aligned on strategic priorities;
  2. Coordinate and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with company goals;
  3. Manage the positioning and reputation of the Group at market and institutional levels;
  4. Ensure branding guidelines are followed in all marketing and communication initiatives;
  5. Coordinate team resources both directly and functionally;
  6. Work closely with BU marketing managers to support their actions and ensure coherent, integrated communication;
  7. Supervise PR management, corporate events, and media relations;
  8. Manage relationships and positioning with various stakeholders;
  9. Oversee the preparation of speeches for Spokespersons;
  10. Coordinate and manage Crisis Communication;
  11. Establish effective internal communication, define guidelines and processes, and ensure proper information flow across organizational levels;
  12. Manage the departmental budget;
  13. Monitor and evaluate communication strategies' effectiveness through metrics and KPIs, making strategic adjustments based on data.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent;
  2. Extensive experience in Corporate Communication Management;
  3. Proven experience in creating, developing, and supervising corporate communication strategies;
  4. Strong skills in managing relationships with institutions and internal/external stakeholders;
  5. Background in Cloud Providing, Internet Providing, or Technology sectors;
  6. Fluency in English;
  7. Business and results-oriented mindset;
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills;
  9. Dynamic and flexible personality.
