Job Description:

Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). Position: SAP HCM PY Consultant, Argentina Payroll*

Location : Spain, Italy or Portugal (fully remote)

Your mission:

Integrated into the Application Management Services (AMS) department and under the supervision of an AMS Cluster Lead, the overall responsibility of an AMS Consultant is to support our outsourced clients as follows:

• Deliver configuration/consulting payroll services to Alight's clients in Latin America (SAP HCM Argentina).
• Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate functional and technical activities.
• Identify, manage and test SAP note application. Open and manage customer messages to SAP to request help support and corrections.
• Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it.
• Generate easy-to-maintain error free implementations and customizing respecting Alight best practices.
• Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications.
• Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
• Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met. Regularly report on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager.

• Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance (configuration, maintenance, support).
• Payroll knowledge and experience from Argentina (legislation, compliance, tax etc).
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resources.
• Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
• Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
• Flexibility to cover clients from Latin America (please consider the time zone).
