We are actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join as a Restaurant General Manager in Milan. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional passionate about excellence and organizational growth. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of food, service, health & safety, and the efficient, profitable operation of the restaurant, including staff and resource management, and legal compliance.

What do we look for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, hospitality, or food & beverage services
  • Proven expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a focus on team development
  • Strategic operational approach with financial management and business development acumen
  • Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
  • Deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, emphasizing quality and precision
  • Multitasking and time management skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
What will you work on?
  • Ensure adherence to Nusr-Et’s service standards, from food presentation to guest interaction
  • Oversee daily operations for smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example
  • Manage financial performance, budgets, costs, and profitability
  • Ensure legal compliance and stay informed of relevant laws
  • Drive recruitment, training, and performance management to develop a skilled team
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase footfall, revenue, and brand awareness
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and uphold high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
  • Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory to minimize waste and ensure efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and senior management to meet deadlines and goals
