Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development across our full product catalog, fostering cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our customers’ success is our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in Italy & Balkans for all products
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to boost satisfaction and cross-selling
  • Coordinate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
  • Collaborate with various teams to meet customer and business goals
  • Align with regional directors on strategy, goals, and opportunities
  • Forecast and monitor sales revenue
  • Implement sales best practices and process improvements
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulations
  • Travel within the territory as needed
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in distribution channel sales within industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably lubricants or similar products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • No team management required
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Based remotely in Northern Italy for better work-life balance
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, results-driven, strategic, and customer-focused
