We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team, working remotely or from our Pordenone, Italy office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Stay updated on product launches and transitions to support sales programs.
  • Develop new business with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
  • Engage with various departments within customer organizations.
  • Deliver presentations on new products, project timelines, quality, and technical training.
  • Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.
  • Assist marketing efforts by monitoring market trends and regulatory activities and collecting customer feedback.
  • Support team KPIs and participate in trade shows and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressors and their applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Motivated, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
  • Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.
