We are a multinational company based in Padova Ovest, specializing in the design, construction, and installation of poultry farming systems. We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a dynamic environment and a multidisciplinary team. The selected candidate will receive orders from the area manager and will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects until completion. Occasional on-site startup phases (not more than 3-4 days sporadically) at client locations in Europe or Canada may be required.

Key Activities

1. Management of internal projects related to the realization of industrial plants
2. Coordination of project activities
3. Occasional international travel

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Basic knowledge of industrial plant components
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Teamwork attitude
