We are seeking a Client Advisor for a Multi-brand Sartorial Boutique in Rome.

You will work in a prestigious multi-brand boutique in central Rome, specializing in men's tailoring products.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with Menswear products and performing alterations or modifications on garments.
• Assisted sales and all related store management activities.
• Providing welcoming and consultative service to clients.
• Organizing the sales space and stockroom.
• Handling cash transactions and customer loyalty activities.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, particularly in RTW, within medium-high level stores with assisted sales and strong customer focus.
• Focus on client loyalty.
• Good presence, outgoing personality, and team spirit.
• Good knowledge of English.

Working hours: Full-time (40 hours), Monday to Sunday shifts.

Contract: Fixed-term or permanent directly with the company.
