Competenze

• 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en VC, PE, consulting ou développement d'entreprise.
• Maîtrise complète de l'italien et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
• Passion pour l'entrepreneuriat et l'impact global.

• Aider les fondateurs à accéder au capital, aux talents et aux marchés.
• Construire et gérer un pipeline d'entrepreneurs à fort potentiel.
• Représenter Endeavor lors d'événements clés en Italie et à l'étranger.

What you’ll do:

1. Help top founders access capital, talent, and markets
2. Connect them with mentors, partners, and global opportunities
3. Support with business planning and venture capital fundraising
4. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide
5. Track progress and services through Salesforce and other tools

Identify the next generation of scale-up leaders:

1. Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential entrepreneurs
2. Evaluate business models, teams, and growth potential
3. Prepare candidates for local and international selection panels
4. Represent Endeavor at key events in Italy and abroad

What we’re looking for:

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in VC, PE, consulting, or corporate development
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Full fluency in Italian & English (spoken and written)
• Passion for entrepreneurship and global impact
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
