Job Opportunity: Growth Marketing Specialist

Location: Ascoli Piceno, Italy

Yuxme, an innovative software company specializing in simplifying accounting and electronic invoicing for small businesses and freelancers operating under Italy's flat-rate tax regime, is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist.

The role combines both technical-operational and strategic responsibilities and reports directly to the CEO, with whom it will work closely. The main tasks include planning, structuring, and executing branding, growth, and scalability initiatives, focusing on brand equity, awareness, and partner acquisition through an omnichannel, full-funnel approach.

  1. Develop growth and scalability strategies utilizing digital and traditional channels, respecting media budgets and KPIs.
  2. Possess excellent knowledge of positioning, brand equity, and personal branding strategies.
  3. Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector; experience or passion for SaaS is a plus.
  4. Be skilled in funnel design and creating landing pages using tools like InstaPage, Leadpages, Elementor, etc.
  5. Have good web design knowledge and experience with CMS such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal.
  6. Proven experience managing paid channels, including SEM and social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Native, Programmatic, etc.).
  7. Experience in SEO and organic positioning, including keyword research, SEO strategy, and editorial planning for blogs to attract search engine traffic.
  8. Ability to develop social media strategies, inbound marketing tactics (using SemRush, BuzzSumo, etc.), and online/offline PR activities.
  9. Good web analytics skills, including setup and management of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and CAPI, HotJar, etc.
  10. Excellent skills in marketing automation and email marketing tools like ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Automate, Weebook, etc.
  11. Knowledge and use of professional CRM systems.
  12. Strong project management skills using tools like Wrike, Trello, etc.

The candidate will:

  • Implement multichannel growth activities with a marketing plan and tactics to acquire partners and build brand equity, collaborating with internal and external professionals.
  • Manage paid channels (SEM/social ads) using the monthly media budget to increase brand awareness and partner acquisition.
  • Continuously optimize marketing campaigns and landing pages.
  • Design and coordinate content strategies, overseeing content and video creation on social media, managing editorial calendars, and coordinating resources or external agencies.
  • Manage email marketing and marketing automation activities.
  • Supervise SEO and organic search positioning with external professionals.
  • Define metrics, KPIs, and measurement plans to provide ongoing reports and analysis for results optimization.

Additional requirements include analytical and strategic predisposition and an interest in the technology sector and digital product management.
