JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981 with a single store in north-west England, is now one of the leading Multi-Channel sports fashion and outdoor retailers in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores, caters to various retail segments, and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers each time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize the devices available in-store.

You will assist customers throughout all sales stages, from selecting to purchasing products, ensuring targets are met;

Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Assist in maintaining sales standards consistently;

Check stock levels in the sales area, replacing items as necessary to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Preferred experience in the retail sector;

Excellent communication and customer management skills;

Teamwork predisposition and good attention to detail;

Mandatory registration with the Collocamento Obbligatorio L. 68/99 list.
