Job Description

Grafton Fashion & Luxury, a dedicated team specializing in fashion and luxury, is seeking a Welcome Host for a prestigious luxury watch brand in Rome. The role involves providing personalized client service, managing appointments, supporting sales staff, and handling customer complaints within a high-end boutique specializing in luxury watches.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome clients with a highly personalized and consultative approach, conducting in-depth client discovery.
2. Manage appointment scheduling and support sales staff to ensure an excellent retail experience.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in high-end retail environments, especially in assisted sales and customer service; experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to foster client loyalty.
• Excellent appearance, cheerful demeanor, and team-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Work Schedule

Full-time, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week.

Contract Details

6-month fixed-term contract directly with the client, with potential for long-term employment. Compensation includes a salary aligned with experience, a €12 meal voucher, and incentives for achieving targets.
