Job Title: Audio Production Lead

We are seeking an experienced Audio Production Lead to oversee and support the creation of engaging and high-quality shows. The role involves leading a talented team of producers and audio leads, analyzing show performance, managing production schedules, and ensuring excellent audio quality across all stages.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create engaging shows that retain listeners at all stages.
2. Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis for any drops in listenership.
3. Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production, including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborate with the content team to plan resources according to the content pipeline.
6. Contribute innovative ideas on sound design, production processes, and final output to keep content fresh and exciting.
7. Provide ongoing feedback to talent to help them reach their full potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L for the category, including talent relations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with talent and talent representatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
