Position: Healthcare Service Manager

Location: Milano, Italy

Orienta Healthcare, a division specialized in recruitment, staffing, and management of personnel in the healthcare and social assistance sectors (public and private), is seeking for a prominent Hospital Structure a:

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize services for solvent patients or those under agreements with Funds and/or Insurance companies.
• Manage occupational health and safety training for the internal staff of the Institute.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue targets as per the budget.
• Oversee proper planning of all service activities.
• Monitor direct costs and the profitability of internal and external activities.
• Maintain effective coordination with company functions involved in outpatient activities at both local and central levels.
• Design and develop new products and services requested by partner companies.
• Organize prevention and screening campaigns within companies.
• Possess project management skills, process analysis, and control.
• Work goal-oriented and be adaptable to territorial movements within Milan.

We offer a permanent contract directly with the Hospital Structure. The gross annual salary (RAL) will be evaluated during the interview.

Working hours: Full time, 36 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
