The role involves defining the product vision, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proven experience in product management, particularly in DAM systems. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to Milan.

Responsibilities:

• Define the long-term vision for the DAM system, aligning it with the organization's digital strategy and stakeholders’ needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct user research to gather insights and develop user-centric features.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring key phases and milestones align with the DAM system’s evolution.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
• Define KPIs and ROI for the DAM system to measure its success and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the DAM system adheres to data governance standards, security, and compliance requirements, working with IT and legal departments.
• Develop adoption strategies and oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions when new features are released.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
