COREE Srl, part of the Korean group HANMI Science (a leading pharmaceutical company in the Asian market), is dedicated to the development of innovative pharma and healthcare products.

The role, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the development of new products (mainly food supplements with probiotics) and supporting marketing activities related to the product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full responsibility for New Product Development (NPD), from ideation to launch.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor products, consumer behaviors in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
  3. Prepare new product launching plans.
  4. Identify product positioning and key messages to build the value proposition with the marketing manager, and work on formulation details with R&D.
  5. Search for and manage CDMO-OEM companies, handle all communication related to NPDs, and negotiate pricing and production schedules.
  6. Coordinate between Coree and its sister companies in China and South Korea for technical and packaging tasks related to CDMO production.
  7. Ensure the development and launch of new products such as probiotics, adult food supplements, and infant formulas across traditional and online channels.
  8. Support internal teams by providing scientific background for products, including verifying claims and scientific backing for key messages.
  9. Create scientific communication materials for sales, healthcare professionals, and marketing (offline and digital/e-commerce activities).
  10. Support regulatory processes for artwork, claims approval, and BOH notifications.
  11. Propose and manage sponsorships at events like medical congresses, trade shows, or consumer events, including participation, networking with KOLs, and collaboration with sales teams. Occasionally attend events outside regular hours, domestically and internationally.
  12. Develop internal and external training programs to ensure proper product knowledge and application.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
