Job Opportunity: Area Sales Specialist

S&you, an international brand dedicated to Professional Staffing and Recruitment & Selection for Middle Management and Executive areas, is seeking a talented professional for a leading company operating in Research, Biotechnology, and Advanced Diagnostics. The position covers the North-West territory (Piemonte, VdA, Liguria).

Requirements

1. Degree in Biomedical disciplines or equivalent.
2. Proven laboratory experience in Research or Advanced Diagnostics, with expertise in one or more of the following fields: Molecular Biology, Cytogenetics, Cell Biology, or Molecular Diagnostics.
3. Strong motivation and clear interest in building a career in scientific marketing and sales.
4. Willingness to travel extensively.
5. Stable residence in Piemonte or Liguria.
6. Good command of spoken and written English (minimum B2 / C1 level).
7. Familiarity with computer use and common word processing and data management software.
8. Driving license and willingness to undertake frequent auto travel and short trips.
9. Immediate availability.

Main Responsibilities

1. After initial technical-commercial training, the selected candidate will shadow experienced colleagues in the area, gradually gaining autonomy, and reporting directly to the Marketing and Commercial Management.
2. Conduct systematic visits to laboratories, research centers, hospitals, public health entities, universities, private laboratories, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries in the assigned zone to promote and sell the company's product range.
3. Provide daily reports on activities to various company functions.
4. Continuously monitor the market, company positioning, potential opportunities, scientific trends, and competitors’ strategies.
5. Update technical and commercial knowledge through training at the headquarters or with represented companies.
6. Occasional participation in scientific congresses and exhibitions.

Additional Information

The employment will be based on the CCNL-Commerce, with the level and salary to be defined according to the candidate’s skills and experience. Additional commissions and incentives are included, linked to performance objectives. The role includes the use of a company vehicle, mobile communication tools, and necessary IT equipment.
