Job Overview

Synergie Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Mechanical Assembler – no experience required for expansion at their Castelleone (CR) location. The company specializes in designing and manufacturing custom machinery and equipment, fostering a dynamic environment with a focus on ongoing staff training. The role offers opportunities for growth and eventual stabilization within the company.

Position Details

The selected candidate will join the production department, initially shadowing experienced staff. Responsibilities include assembling mechanical components, reading technical drawings, and installing machinery. The work will be conducted both at the company site and occasionally at client locations for testing and installation. The goal is to achieve a stable, autonomous role with specialized skills in customized products.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification, preferably in mechanical studies
• Motivated to develop skills in industrial assembly
• No prior experience necessary, but manual dexterity, interest in the field, and eagerness to learn are essential
• Punctuality, teamwork, and collaborative spirit

Additional Information

• Full-time contract, 40 hours/week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00
• Availability for overtime and Saturday work during peak periods
• Daily meal voucher of €5
• Initial contract with potential for permanent placement
• Salary and classification based on experience, per the Metalmeccanico Industry Collective Agreement
