Location: Milan, Italy

Company: Risorse Professional, a recruitment agency specializing in Middle & Senior Management roles, is seeking for a well-known SGR involved in managing real estate and credit investment funds.

We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist to join the Risk Management Team at the Holding. The main focus will be on risk management for Real Estate Funds. The responsibilities include:

1. Stress testing and risk analysis;
2. Calculation and management of Key Risk Indicators;
3. Analysis and creation of Sensitivity scenarios;
4. Development of reporting models;
5. Client and Supplier due diligence;
6. Managing relationships with Fund Managers and control functions.

**Qualifications:**

• Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or at a Risk Management Consulting Firm specializing in Real Estate;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
• Ability to work in a team and achieve objectives.
