What you'll do:

Your primary role as the Sales Lead Manager will be to create and manage incoming requests from potential customers, guiding them from initial interest to satisfied customers. By providing exceptional support and personalized experiences, you'll ensure positive interactions that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to drive conversions.
  2. Research potential Key Account customers.
  3. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are scheduled.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operations to optimize lead generation and improve customer experience.
  5. Gain valuable experience with the possibility of advancing to an international team management role.
