We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team in a remote capacity, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office if preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with product launches and transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including product and service support.
  • Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, establishing rapport with customers through products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality teams within customer organizations.
  • Provide technical presentations covering new products, project schedules, quality performance, and training.
  • Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.
  • Support marketing efforts by monitoring market trends, regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
  • Assist team members in achieving KPIs.
  • Participate in product promotion activities and trade shows regionally and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.
  • Understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.
