Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities:

• Check and communicate oil levels to team members
• Ensure proper tire pressure
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters
• Clean and lubricate fittings
• Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing customer perspective

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform repair work efficiently according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose using diagnostic tools
• Maintain and repair vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and A/C
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional services and estimates
• Perform warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• Experience in an automotive dealership preferred
• Strong understanding of service processes
• Varied experience levels per position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Steady hand, good hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks
