Your Challenge

With your experience, you are bringing our mature Agile teams to the next level. Your mission will be to guide and support achieving strategic agility. You will also focus on optimizing leadership dynamics and fostering effective organizational structures.

Your main activities will be to:

• Guide, coach, and transform the way of working in your assigned global context in “Data Intelligence & Automation”.
• Act as strategic change agent for Agile teams and leaders, focusing on strategic goals, and portfolio implementation, which effectively influence team prioritization.
• Organize and facilitate leadership team workshops to align organizational structures with strategic business objectives.
• Perform the role as a SAFe Release Train Engineer with focus on Portfolio coordination, fostering stakeholder engagement, and aligning with business owners.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring alignment of goals and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the proper execution of agile methodologies and the continuous improvement of governance processes, together with your peer Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers.
• Develop metrics and evaluation methods to assess transformation impacts, refining strategies periodically.
• Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) to share experience and foster knowledge exchange across the organization.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or business information technology.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach or similar strategic roles.
• 3+ year of experience in a scaled agile environment, leading multiple teams with a strong focus on leadership coaching.
• Strong grasp of Agile principles and methodologies (SAFe experience is a plus).
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Agile Product Management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Eligibility to work in Italy.
