Une organisation innovante dans le domaine de l'ophtalmologie chirurgicale recherche un Patient Journey Manager à Trento. Ce rôle clé implique la coordination entre partenaires cliniques et patients pour optimiser les résultats tout au long du parcours de traitement. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en orthoptie ou optique, avec une expérience significative dans le secteur médical, et sera passionné par l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients.

Competenze

  • 3-5 ans d'expérience dans les dispositifs médicaux et/ou les produits pharmaceutiques, idéalement en ophtalmologie.
  • 3-5 ans d'expérience en réhabilitation de basse vision.

Mansioni

  • Établir des relations solides avec les centres d'implantation et les équipes de réhabilitation.
  • Former le personnel clinique sur la réhabilitation visuelle et les professionnels de la basse vision.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et médicales pour activer de nouveaux centres de traitement.

Job Description:

As a Patient Journey Manager, you will serve as a vital link between clinical partners, rehabilitation teams, and patients, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the entire treatment pathway. From patient selection to surgery and post-operative rehabilitation, you will guide all stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build strong relationships with implanting centers and rehabilitation teams.
  2. Provide hands-on training to clinical personnel, including visual rehab and low vision professionals.
  3. Support and oversee the complete patient journey, from selection through long-term rehab.
  4. Collaborate with commercial and medical teams to activate new treatment centers.
  5. Engage with patient groups, doctors, and referral networks to raise awareness and improve access to care.
  6. Facilitate communication between surgical and rehab teams to ensure continuity of care.
  7. Identify and coordinate patient testimonials for awareness campaigns.
  8. Act as a key contact for patient support challenges and incident reporting.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree or qualification in Orthoptics, Optics, or a low vision-related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals, ideally within ophthalmology.
  3. 3–5 years of experience in low vision rehabilitation.

  2. Strong communication and presentation skills with a patient- and customer-centric mindset.
  3. Effective project management skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
  5. Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English.
  6. Proficient with MS Office; tech-savvy mindset preferred.
