An established industry player is seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee engineering and administrative activities. This role requires hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance of motor controls and power distribution systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronics and at least three years of relevant experience. Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall Facility (Engineering and Controls) & Admin activities.
• Hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems.
• Identify, maintain, troubleshoot, and modify field-level I/O’s and network components, including motor controls such as motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components.
• Knowledge of Sortation systems and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) is advantageous.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule.
• Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
• Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting, transformers, wiring methods, and materials.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tracks, and encoders.
• Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.
• Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, and carts.
• Conduct regular checks of fire alarms and extinguishers.
• Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
• Attend to regular electrical works, height work, and hot work permits.
• Perform minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
• Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
• Execute scheduled PPM maintenance.
• Manage soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, and scrap & garbage disposal.
• Handle agency staff and oversee overall shift operations.

Basic Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
