A leading company in the biomedical sector is seeking a Technical Leader to oversee project activities during the manufacturing phase. The role involves leading validation activities, managing risks, and providing technical support to the R&D team. Candidates should possess a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and have at least three years of experience in process validation within a medical context.

Participate in design evaluation phase providing feedback and technical support to R&D team

Ensure accurate and timely reporting throughout the project(s)

Participate in risk assessments and actively manage the risks of the project(s)

Lead and execute validation activities of the project(s) (DOE, IQ, OQ & PQ)

Lead and participate in problem solving activities on the project(s)

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Biomedical Engineering
• Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Experience in process validation activities in a medical business (or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent business and technical writing
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong mentoring, training, and coaching abilities for junior colleagues
• Capable of managing multiple projects
• Ability to read drawings and schematics
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Minitab
• At least 3 years of experience as a process engineer in a medical company (or similar)
