About The Role

Scope of Work

You will support the production operations of the Advanced Workshop at Roma Plant as part of the shift team. You should have specific skills in operating complex machinery and the ability to understand and follow safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Follow operational procedures and quality directives.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• High school diploma

Main Requirements

• Work in shifts (Monday to Saturday)
• Ability to understand operational instructions
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn
• Problem-solving skills appropriate to experience level
• Respect daily production targets and operational guidelines

Technical Skills

• Forklift license (not mandatory)

Language Skills

• Basic English proficiency

Soft/Behavioral Skills

• Effective communication with staff
• Ability to work and engage in team efforts
• Transparent reporting of activities during 8-hour shifts
